Non-core competences are co-developed with partners. Go-to-market and sales are entirely theirs. This is deliberate: it keeps all of OOBi's energy on the core technology, where the leverage is.
The platform is a growing library of reusable components. Every project adds modules; every new product recombines them. Development compounds: each vertical starts further ahead than the last, and none starts from zero.
Some of the best vertical products will come from teams that do not exist yet. OOBi Labs is the route for founders: the OOBi stack, foundational IP and a vertical-ready SDK, under license. The startup focuses on one idea and takes its product to market fast, without building the technology engine underneath. OOBi takes an equity stake in the venture: full alignment on the product's long-term success.
